Prem Sangha

The Maui Prem Sangha is inspired by the vision and teachings of Sri Prem Baba.  His gentle, loving presence and guidance touches us deeply.

Prem and sangha are both Sanskrit words.  Prem translates as love, and sangha means a group of individuals or community, that share a common goal, vision or purpose.  Our common goal and vision is to live lives of conscious love, benefiting ourselves and all beings everywhere.

This site has been created to share his teachings and other examples and insights that have made and are making our lives richer and more loving.  Our intent is to assist in the co-creation of a more harmonious world, that honors and respects all expressions of life.  Through this site, we will be sharing information on upcoming events, books, movies, music and more that may be of assistance in the realization of this intention!

Prem Baba is a spiritual master of the Sachcha lineage in India and also a shaman from Brazil. He works to build bridges between spirituality and psychology, East and West. He mixes satsang and meditation, music and chanting. Prem Baba will address how to open your heart, observe yourself, integrate your shadow and connect with the Divine. He offers a rigorous and practical form of psycho-spiritual work called “O Caminho do Coraçao” – “The Path of the Heart”, that will allow you to go beyond fear and ego to love and compassion.  He attracts many people from all over the world that are interested in leading a purposeful and joyful life, one of conscious love expressed through thoughts, words and actions.
